A "King's Business" friend and partner called this piece of poetry to my attention about twenty years ago.  It is one of the most profound, poignant, and prophetic I have ever known.

 

Yes, those who lie dead in Flanders Fields, and in a thousand other military cemeteries around the world, have been betrayed.

 

I hope a holy and righteous God has a special way to deal with the Lincolns, the Wilsons, the Roosevelts, the Kennedys, the Johnsons  (and McNamaras), the Reagans  (Beirut,  for Israel), the Bushes,  and the Clintons (Serbia,  for the Muslims), who have sent America's finest to an early grave,  only to commit the same blunders all over again.

In Flanders Fields

The author of this poem, a member of the first Canadian contingent, died in France on January 28, 1918, after four years of service  on  the  western  front.

 

In Flanders fields the poppies blow

Between the crosses, row on row,

That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly Scarce heard amid the guns below.

 

We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields.

 

Take up our quarrel with the foe;
To you from failing hands we throw

The torch; be yours to hold it high.

WAS A GOVERNMENT/WHITE HOUSE STOOGE SENT TO SNOOP ON DALE CROWLEY JR.'S "FOCUS ON ISRAEL" RADIO PROGRAM?

 

THE FACTS:

 

In the latter half of February 2006 I, Dale Crowley Jr., got a call from a Manassas Virginia man who said he wanted the books I was offering free to contributors,  but that he was out of work and couldn't make a contribution now. He said that he would also like to visit my "Focus on Israel" radio program this coming Saturday.

 

I said,  "Sure."

 

He showed up right on time Saturday morning February 25, and listened intently as I broadcast (my last)  "live and in person, right up-to-date Focus on Israel" program on WFAX.

 

I handed him the free $100 worth of books,  and added that I hoped he could send in a contribution before too long. (Among the books was Michael Piper's High Priests of War, the monumental expose' of how once left-wing liberal Jews became conservatives,  and eventually persuaded a U.S. President to go to war against Iraq on behalf of Israel.)

 

Before leaving the WFAX studios the man from Manassas let me know that he once worked for President George H.W. Bush in the White House.  I was astonished, and com­mented that he shouldn't have any trouble getting a job now.

 

The man from Manassas smiled and agreed. Following a few more exchanges of "small talk" he left with books in hand.

 

The next Friday, six days later, March 3,  "Focus on Israel" was judged to be "offensive," and summarily silenced forever from WFAX  .   .   . after twenty years of 100 percent truthful messages on Israel .   .   .  from the Bible, from his­tory, and from current world events.

 

Of course,  I haven't heard from my unemployed former White House staffer visitor since. And neither have I broad­cast a "live and in person,  right up-to-date Focus on Israel" program since  .   .   . after 1,000 broadcasts over twenty years!

 

WHO WAS THE MAN FROM MANASSAS? WHO WAS HE WORKING FOR? WHAT WAS HIS ASSIGNMENT? AND WAS HIS MISSION ACCOMPLISHED?
